Welcome to Alp Oberaltösch! Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Emmental valley, near Trubschachen, we offer you authentic natural romance and a chance to slow down from the often-hectic pace of everyday life. Whether you're enjoying a meal in our charmingly rustic alpine restaurant, relaxing by your camper in the evening, or taking a dip in one of our two hot tubs, pure relaxation awaits. You can park your vehicle on the meadow at the Alp, just a few meters from your amenities.
RESTAURANT (please reserve in advance)
Savor authentic Emmental cuisine in our cozy alpine tavern and on our terrace. Dinner is served between 6 PM and 8 PM.
HOT TUB (please reserve in advance)
Enjoy a relaxing soak for two (or more). Perfect as a break during your hike or bike tour, or simply for pure relaxation and unwinding. We'd be delighted to serve you a delicious meal in our restaurant before or after your relaxing bath.
Our offer:
Hot tub bath (min. 2 people) 45 minutes: CHF 20.- per person. Bathrobe and towel: CHF 8.-/person.
Upon request, we also offer rooms and a holiday apartment.

CancellationEasy
You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Sehr freundlich, sehr schöner Platz, absolute Ruhe, es war schön so ganz alleine zu sein. Alles vorhanden. Schade ist das Restaurant nicht mehr offen. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Gerne wieder
We spent wonderful evenings on the Alp. A little piece of earth with a magnificent view, lots of peace and quiet, pure nature, and a wonderful dinner prepared by Irene. A top overall package! Many thanks.

Irene and her husband took excellent care of us. Generous pitch, hot hot tub freely available, and a good dinner. The sanitary facilities (toilet and shower cabin) were immaculately maintained despite other guests in the house's guest rooms. The view was amazing!
We, two couples with VW vans, enjoyed a wonderful evening with service on Alp Oberaltösch under an orange sunset. With a lot of passion and hospitality, Irene and Urs have created a place to relax and 'just be'. A true hidden gem that we discovered by chance. What more could you want? We'll be back! Great hostess, super food, and we even treated ourselves to the HotPot (food & HotPot really good value for money 👍🏻🙏🏻) a truly beautiful alp with a great view 🤠
