"Bauwagen" auf dem Schönbühlhof

At Schönbühlhof, you can truly unwind and breathe deeply. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with magnificent views of the Glarus and Central Swiss Alps. A renovated 6-meter long 'Öpfelchüechli Chilbiwagen' (apple fritter fairground wagon) from 1968 awaits you, complete with its own seating area and unobstructed views of the surroundings. The eastern side of the wagon can be folded down or up, allowing you to practically sleep outdoors. Mattresses are provided, but please bring your own sleeping bag. A gas grill is available for your use. Bed linen, breakfast, and much more can be optionally requested on-site. If you're looking for that cozy 'crackling and scent' experience, an old cannon stove is at your disposal. Should this wagon not be available, we also offer a glamping tent on Nomady.

The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Einzigartiges Erlebnis und tolle GastgeberIn
Ich komme sehr gerne wieder Caroline und Markus sind sehr Freundlich, Aufmerksam, zuvorkommend.. Der Bauwagen auf jedenfall einne Übernachtung wert bei Regen und Sonne.

Beautiful farm with lots to discover in a stunning location. Super friendly and entertaining hosts. Wonderful for simply relaxing, barbecuing, and just being. Top-notch breakfast with products from the farm.
Mein Sohn und ich waren 2 Nächte bei Caro & Markus zu Gast - oder vielleicht viel mehr „zu Besuch“. Der Hof ist mit sehr vielen originellen Kunstwerken und Gegenständen/Hilfsmitteln liebevoll verziert und gestaltet. Mein Sohn durfte beim Heuen helfen und hat sich absolut wohl gefühlt - und ich auch☺️. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in euren einzigartigen Wagen zum Übernachten.
We had wonderful moments in this beautiful place. Nothing too much and nothing too little. Caro and Markus welcomed us warmly, hosted us, looked after us, and said goodbye. The high level of attentiveness, artistry, and loving care is reflected everywhere you look. Everything perfectly suited our needs and provided us with a lot of energy for everyday life. Thank you both, and very much looking forward to coming back soon!
