Nestled in a charming village, our meadow offers pitches for currently a maximum of two parties. The area is fenced, and dogs are warmly welcome. Our property is quietly and idyllically situated close to the forest, perfect for leisurely strolls and invigorating hikes.
During summer, you're welcome to use the pool, and nothing beats a romantic campfire under the stars. You can dry your swimwear on the rotary clothesline.
If you wish, you can collect fresh eggs from our chicken coop each morning.
From here, you can easily reach many fantastic excursion destinations, such as Niedermooser See, Birstein Castle, Hoherodskopf, Steinau Adventure Park, and much more. In summer, the Vulkanexpress (bike transport available) takes you to various locations from where you can embark on wonderful bike tours. Restaurants are conveniently located nearby. In the neighboring village, you'll find a small self-service shop offering fresh bread rolls and local Vogelsberg sausage specialties, as well as many daily necessities.
Supermarkets are also within a 10 km radius.

You can cancel up to 10 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. We booked very spontaneously and were warmly welcomed. Super pleasant location and very nice, helpful people. The shared pool is an absolute highlight. All in all, everything was excellent: a shady spot to sit, a fridge, a small toilet house, and everything your heart desires. We are happy to recommend it and will definitely come back again someday!
Super nice, quiet, cute clean toilet house, great starting point for hikes and excursions in the beautiful surroundings, great with a dog as it's fenced, fresh eggs from their own chickens on top... definitely coming back again.
After booking, we quickly got in touch and received comprehensive information beforehand. The landlord was friendly and accommodating; he provided a grill, a small house, and a pool for us. For our first time using the app, we got a positive impression of the landlord through the app. We definitely plan to come back next year.
