Welcome! We are Matthias and Fiona, a German-Dutch couple, and this is our property, which we're transforming into a small, simple campspace. There's a large meadow for camping, a composting toilet, and a big fire pit. Sleep under the stars and hear nothing but the gentle murmur of the stream's trickling water. Discover owls, deer, bats, rabbits, and who knows what else! Enjoy the tranquility on the edge of the small town of Dreckenach, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Moselle River. There, you'll be surrounded by vineyards, castles, and historic places like Koblenz and Cochem. Plus, there are many beautiful walks to discover, offering you an ultimate insight into all that the Eifel nature has to offer. Come by, and I'll gladly tell you more about the area in Dutch, German, or English.

Please do not enter the house, RVs, or the large tent/camping area. The lawn and all of nature are yours to explore and enjoy!

Pets allowed: Yes. Please note: There is a resident cat on the property.

You are welcome to use the firewood provided for the fireplace. Please use the fire pit and fire bowls responsibly.
CancellationFlex
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

We enjoyed the two nights we spent at Fiona and her husband's campsite. Wonderfully quiet and beautiful surroundings with many hiking routes. The welcome was very warm. The presence of the cat was a nice addition. He developed a sweet bond with our dog. We will miss the cat!
You fully deserve all 5 stars. We were super welcomed and had a large area just for ourselves. It's quiet on the campsite and we could even let our dog run free sometimes. One side is fenced and the other has a stream. We had a lot of fun at the campsite and the fire pit is very nicely built, there's also plenty of wood. Thank you very much for the lovely short break!

There were three of us staying at Fiona's for one night. We had a wonderful, peaceful time to ourselves. A toilet was available and clean. Plenty of wood was provided so we could make a great campfire. The starry sky is beautiful! We didn't meet Fiona herself, but her representative was always available for help and questions. We felt very welcome and had a great night. Thank you!
A beautiful little spot on earth. Very nice people. We had no problems and really enjoyed our time. It was very quiet and relaxing. The toilet was always clean and pleasant to use. Fresh water was always available and we could easily make contact via the website. The cat was very sweet and friendly.
The surroundings are beautiful, there are many great hiking trails and castles. Koblenz is just under half an hour away by car.
We would love to come again!
I stayed with Fiona and Matthias for two nights. Both are super nice, open-minded, and make sure everything is perfect every day.
As Fiona writes, it's a small "alternative" campsite.
I had two minor drawbacks:
Unfortunately, the main/village road is behind the stream, and the Moselle is a 6-minute drive away, or about 50 minutes on foot.
Nevertheless, the place is perfectly located for excursions towards Cochem, Koblenz, Maria Laach...
Therefore, all in all, still 5 stars.
Such a wonderful and natural place. One of the most beautiful campsites on our cycling trip. Great hostess, so lovely and friendly, simply superb! We'd love to come back! ❤️👍
