Discover our extraordinary ecological Tiny House, nestled amidst nature right on the edge of the forest. Here, you can truly explore the great outdoors. Nearby, you'll find charming swimming lakes and family-friendly excursion destinations, with sledding hills perfect for winter fun. Lake Constance is just a 30-minute drive away. A small town with all essential amenities is only 2 km distant, and Ravensburg – with its picturesque old town, cafes, and shops – is a mere 15 minutes by car. Our second Tiny House, HJEM2, is a tranquil sanctuary surrounded by nature, offered alongside our original HJEM, which we've been sharing since 2021. Perched directly on the forest's edge, it's the ideal spot to escape the stresses of everyday life for a few days. Built entirely from wood, the living space exudes warmth and comfort. Bike trails and hiking routes start right at your doorstep, promising no road noise or light pollution. On the property, you'll find a natural canal perfect for swimming, a ping-pong table, a football and badminton field, a slackline, and a trampoline for children. Inside, the house features an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a cozy living room offering garden views. Two separate bedrooms with double beds comfortably accommodate families or two couples. The living room also includes a sheepskin armchair, suitable for an additional child. Adjoining the living area is a large terrace and garden, complete with a barbecue. Here, you'll also find an additional room that doubles as a bicycle garage, offering charging facilities for e-bikes.
