Our property, boasting castle views, a wine cellar, and a charming barn, invites you to cozy evenings by the campfire. Just a 15-minute walk from the swimming lake, it offers a serene escape where you can truly unwind. Numerous hiking trails in the forest (leading up to the castle or to Rosalia peak) also provide opportunities to disconnect and recharge. Our property spans 4000m² and is actually located within the village. However, its unique hillside position ensures complete privacy, making it your own secluded haven. Deer, squirrels, and hares are our resident 'pets'! Despite the hillside setting, we have two large flat areas: one directly next to the house and another above, by the fire pit.

The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Extremely nice, secluded spot, perfect for camping and with a beautiful view. We were even provided with wood and everything needed for a campfire. Super location close to the castle and reservoir. Super lovely, helpful, and uncomplicated hosts. And very, very good tomatoes :) THANK YOU!
We stayed 2 nights with our tent at Eva and David's in Forchtenstein and had a wonderful time. They are both super nice and helpful, we lacked nothing, and the spot next to the fire pit offers peace and a wonderful view. The swimming lake is easily accessible and provides a cool-down on hot summer days. Absolutely recommended!
Super nice family and great camping grounds. Water and firewood for the fire pit were offered! I only stayed shortly because of the heat on the day but it was the perfect opportunity to try out my new camping gear. 5*
