Uncertain weather forecast – no problem! If the weather isn't cooperating or you simply want to get cozy, you can pitch your tent in our former pasture shelter on the meadow. A small tent fits in easily without the metal strut on the ground getting in the way. If that doesn't bother you, you can also set up a larger tent. Of course, the tent can also be pitched freely in front of the shelter. The pitch is on a meadow; if you cross it, you'll reach the stream. There's water there, and you'll also find a small WC cabin with a composting toilet, exclusively for our tent guests. For those who prefer not to refresh themselves in the stream, there's a camping shower bag available. Just fill it, hang it in the sun, and enjoy warm water. You can't drive directly to the tent; you'll park about 100 meters away. With Vodafone/D2, you'll have good reception here, and Telekom/D1 works quite well a few meters away. Our meadow is located in a quiet side valley, right next to the Black Forest National Park. We also offer another tent pitch, which is located directly by the stream near the parking lot. If that one is occupied, you can see each other across the meadow, but you'll still be > 100 meters apart. A small road runs above the slope behind the shelter, but it's not a through road and therefore has very little traffic.
