I'm offering my property as a pitch for rooftop tents, tents, campers, and caravans. It's located about a 5-minute drive from Meldorfer Hafen, where you'll find a large swimming area perfect for SUPs and surfers. This swimming spot is nestled within a beautiful nature reserve, right on the North Sea. Kitesurfers will also love it here! Directly opposite the swimming area, you can cross the dike and jump straight into the North Sea. Another 15-minute drive will take you to the coastal town of Büsum. On the 'campsite,' you'll find a fire pit, a toilet, and disposal facilities. The toilet is a basic composting/camping toilet. Please use the disposal facilities thoughtfully, as they can fill up quickly. Additionally, there's plenty of wood on site that can be used for a small extra charge (for your stay). It's best to bring a saw or, even better, an axe for this. However, the split wood in the shed is off-limits – I need that myself 😜 Vehicles can be safely parked at the front of the property. The property is fenced and can be locked. Dogs are expressly welcome! We just ask that you please pick up after them. I personally love spending the night here because it's genuinely very dark and very quiet at night. If this offering is well-received, electricity and water will be available in the future. The property spans approximately 1500 sqm. Most of it is even accessible for vehicles up to 40 tons. There's virtually no traffic on the road, ensuring a peaceful stay.
