Hello everyone and welcome! We are Stefan and Julia, who manage this farm as a secondary occupation, along with our four young children. The farm is located in the immediate vicinity of the highest point of the Schienerberg (approx. 716m above sea level). Our farm is about 1.5 km from the center of a friendly village of about 800 inhabitants. Here, you'll find the village 'Lädele' (small shop), a charming spot for shopping, enjoying a coffee or tea, and indulging in various treats. We are also directly on the edge of the forest, surrounded by orchards and fields. It's an idyllic location that invites you to dream. When the weather is good and the Föhn wind blows, you'll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view from our meadows, stretching all the way to the Alps, with the Säntis peak seemingly standing out. Our gravel pitches offer a relaxed and dreamlike setting for your stay. Tents are also welcome on our meadows (more information available in the separate listing for tent pitches). It's quite possible that you'll receive visits from our free-roaming animals, such as our grey farm geese, Indian runner ducks, and chickens. Our bronze turkeys are an exception, as they are kept in their spacious outdoor enclosures. We have direct access to various hiking trails and viewpoints. And we are only 5 km from the lake. We have our own playground, which families with children are welcome to use at their own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Furthermore, we have a WC facility located behind the house, accessible via a 7-step outdoor staircase, so it is not barrier-free. Water, electricity, firewood, a grill, and our fire pit can be provided upon request. Dogs are generally welcome, but we kindly ask for appropriate care and supervision, as we have free-roaming farm animals, as described. We look forward to your visit! Family Kuppel
