We live just outside the village in a small hamlet with only a few houses, offering true tranquility. You're welcome to find your perfect spot on our spacious meadow, which is fully fenced and dotted with ancient oak trees. During the day, you might even see the neighbor's cows peeking over the fence! Just 50 meters away, the historic Fresenburg Chapel invites you to a moment of quiet reflection. In just one minute, you can step directly into the serene 'middle of nowhere' – onto country paths, into the forest, or, of course, along the Ems River. It's an ideal setting for hiking, leisurely strolls, and cycling. The Emsland is truly the ultimate cycling region, offering countless fantastic routes, fascinating sights, and inviting rest stops! The Ems River is ever-present; after just a few hundred meters, you'll reach the beautiful old Ems oxbow, perfect for lingering, picnicking, or even fishing. There's a public restroom approximately 50 meters away for your convenience. The nearest town with a supermarket and other amenities is about 3 kilometers away.
