We are located 680 meters above sea level within the Monti Sibillini National Park. Nearby, you'll find numerous attractions such as Lake Fiastra, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio Gorges with the Hermitage of San Leonardo, Castelluccio di Norcia with its magnificent flowering, the Red Blades known as the Grand Canyon of the Marche, the Frasassi Caves, Recanati, the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi, and for sea lovers, the splendid waters of the Conero Riviera just 60 kilometers away, and the vibrant nightlife of Civitanova Marche, 35 kilometers away. Thanks to our elevated position, the panorama stretches from Conero to the Umbro-Marche Apennines, offering views of Monte San Vicino, the entire Sibillini mountain range (including Monte Vettore), Cima del Redentore, Monte Sibilla, Monte Porche, Monte Priora, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi, Monte Rotondo, all the way to Monte Ascensione and Gran Sasso – wonderful places for hiking, trekking, and cycling. This is why San Ginesio is also known as “the Balcony of the Sibillini.” Our brand-new Garden Sharing area, suitable for both motorhomes and tents, offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant holiday immersed in nature. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi, cool off in our panoramic swimming pool overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, and have access to water, both for general use and as drinking water. A shared refrigerator is available for storing your food. While toilets and bathrooms are shared, they guarantee the highest level of cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, a washing machine is at your disposal for laundry. You can enjoy your meals outdoors at the tables and use the barbecue. For a delicious breakfast or meal, you can use a separate area with zero-kilometer products to savor the delicacies of our region. Parking is included, and pets are welcome.
