Our secluded spot is nestled in a village of just 14 houses or farms, and it's the very origin of the Fraischbach stream, making it a part of the fascinating Neualbenreuth stories of the Fraisch or Wechselfraisch. Approximately 200 meters from our farm, you'll discover a charming area featuring two idyllic, untouched small ponds. Due to a lack of cultivation, these have now transformed into thriving biospheres. Not only are these two ponds a paradise for nature observers, but the surrounding rural landscape also offers a wonderful opportunity to discover the diverse local flora and fauna. Evenings become particularly romantic under the clear starry sky, as you gather around a campfire and gaze at the twinkling stars. On this very spot, my friends and I built a small shelter with a terrace, which has served us faithfully as a meeting point for years and even boasts an electricity connection. Additionally, there's a well water connection available on the premises. This spacious area offers ample room for several people, families, or even groups and is pleasantly shaded by two large trees in summer. The enchanting seclusion from everyday life and the surrounding nature of forests, fields, and meadows create a truly peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Every year, we celebrate a special festival for the summer solstice, to which we warmly invite the surrounding villages. Together, we enjoy the magical atmosphere of the place around cozy campfires and celebrate the summer solstice until the early morning hours. Our place is also part of the spa town of Bad Neualbenreuth, with the spa tax already included in the price. This opens up a multitude of activity options in the immediate vicinity.
