It's the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours amidst beautiful nature. Just a 7-minute drive from Lake Hallwil. You can park your camper along the private road, and campers with tents will find their spot in the garden. Enjoy a large garden with a BBQ area nestled among beautiful old trees. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.

Die Sängerin und Musikerin Erica Arnold empfängt gerne nette Gäste in ihrer Villa Hühnerbunt, welche sehr ruhig und von Natur eingebettet am Ortsrand von Menziken liegt. Ich/wir freuen uns auf dich, denn bewacht wird die Villa Hühnerbunt von meiner Chinesischen Schopfhündin Nicki und vom 3-beinigen Kater Mister Monk. Schön, bist du auf meinem Profil und hoffentlich bald vor Ort hier in Menziken. Erica ist so aufgeschlossen und liebenswert. Bei Ihr zuhause und im Garten gibt es viel zu entdecken und man darf sich einfach wohl fühlen.

Ganz spontan gebucht und alles hat bestens geklappt. Das war ein unerwartet positiver Übernachtungshalt bei Erica! Wer es gerne etwas ausgefallener (im positiven Sinne!) möchte, kommt hier auf seine Kosten!

We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed 3 nights with Erica and loved it. The pitch and garden are quiet and beautiful. Erica cooked risotto for everyone over the fire, and we were even allowed to bring her our dirty dishes to wash. We will definitely come again. Thank you, dear Erica, for everything.

Das Privatkonzert von Erica am Abend im wunderschönen Garten war der Hammer. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Herzig waren auch die fünf Hunde (3 davon Welpen). Alles war sehr sauber, offen und freundlich.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort – liebevoll und mit viel Fantasie eingerichtet. Der Stellplatz liegt an einer ruhigen Einbahnstrasse direkt am Feldrand mit Zugang zum Haus – eine sehr gute Lage. Erica kümmert sich mit viel Herz um ihre Gäste – ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Gesellschaft und den feinen Schlummertrunk!

Stayed overnight in a camper on the private driveway. Erica genuinely cares about her guests' well-being. Quiet location with a view, within walking distance to shops and the train station with connections to Lucerne, Aarau, and Lake Hallwil, among other places. A good starting point for hikes and excursions by public transport. We enjoyed it.

Our stay at Erica's fully met our expectations. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. We were able to use the romantic garden with many seating options and the fire pit, and received a good morning coffee daily. Lake Hallwil is about 5 km away and worth a trip. The sanitary facilities are in the main house and are top-notch. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we'll see you again :-)
