Our camp is nestled at 1900 meters above sea level, by the Steingletscher glacier, just below the Susten Pass on the Bernese side. Behind our alpine cheese dairy and farm shop, you'll find your perfect spot amidst the majestic mountain landscape. Whether you're into climbing, mountaineering, or hiking, every mountain enthusiast will discover their paradise here. Bringing a second vehicle is also no problem, provided you know each other.
In our charming farm shop, open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM, you can pay with CHF, EURO, or TWINT.

You can cancel up to 10 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Herzlichen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber, welche sehr hilfsbereit waren und immer ein offenes Ohr hatten.
Der Spot hat alles geboten, was er versprochen hat. Eintauchen in die zauberhafte Bergwelt auf 1.900 m Höhe mit "Berg-Aktivitäten" war ebenso möglich, wie den Camp-Spot nutzen. Neben dem Benutzen der sehr sauberen funktionalen sanitäre Einrichtungen war auch ein Blick hinter die Kulissen der Alpkäserei möglich :-)

Beautifully located and incredibly nice hosts
A place we can only recommend! Great hosts! The pitch, toilet, shower...etc. everything just as you'd wish. An ideal starting point for smaller and larger hikes. Our children enjoyed spending time by and in the river a little further up the valley. The alpine dairy offers a large assortment of products. We tried the ice cream, cheese, and sausage and can only recommend them. Many thanks for letting us stay!
An exceptional place. We took a lovely evening hike to the glacier and had fresh yogurt and delicious cheese for breakfast. Many thanks!

A great place to stay overnight, we lacked nothing! Ideally located as a starting point for hikes to Steingletscher/Tierberglihütte. The Alpenverein products are highly recommended. Thanks Peter and Cecile.
