Our spot is located in Oberembrach, nestled in the rolling hills of the Zurich lowlands, right at the edge of the forest on a beautiful meadow. With views of fields and, on clear days, even the Alps, nothing stands in the way of a cozy and relaxing camping holiday.
An additional car or even a camper can be parked at the farm or directly on the pitch. Water can be obtained from the farm. A fire pit with a grill, as well as a table and chairs, are available. Unfortunately, a toilet cannot be provided at the moment.
The access to the pitch has a slight incline. All-wheel drive is an advantage when wet.

Wir haben das Wochenende in Lerchenbüel sehr genossen, es ist ein tolles Plätzchen, man ist ganz für sich in der Natur, obwohl sehr zentral gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist einfach und Tabea hat jeweils sehr schnell reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Den Fluglärm nimmt man wahr, aber er ist nicht störend und abends kann man die ankommenden Flugzeuge beobachten, während man gleichzeitig ein Lagerfeuer macht :-) Die Aussicht ist super und der nahe Wald bietet Schutz und zugleich Naturerlebnis. Vielen Dank!
A beautiful, quiet spot. We found it exactly as described. The morning sun was glorious, and in the afternoon, the welcome shade arrived. Unfortunately, the spot was fenced off towards both the forest and the meadow. Contact with the host Tabea was friendly and pleasant.
Simple but beautiful pitch at the edge of the forest on the mountain. Tabea helped us out with a simple toilet - and we could also charge our e-bikes... which was necessary after the steep climb! Here you can be a bit louder in the evening, as there's enough distance to the next house. Evening/afternoon shade and morning sun - which got us out of the tent early. It's advisable to bring a good water container, as it's 250m to the farm/fresh water.
Beautiful location at the edge of the forest. Sheltered by the canopy, we were able to enjoy the fire and stay outside continuously despite the rain. Great for walks and bike tours directly from the spot! Plenty of dry firewood on site - we really appreciated the self check-in and check-out, and contact with Tabea beforehand was quick and uncomplicated. Many thanks and gladly again! Andrea and Marc
The pitch at the edge of the forest is beautifully located. Tabea's hospitality is particularly noteworthy; she even allowed us to take a look into the cow shed with our daughter!
For campers sensitive to noise, it's important to know that the pitch is located near Zurich Airport, and planes are clearly audible during the day. The adjacent road is also busier than one would expect from a pitch at the edge of the forest.
However, if you can cope with that, you'll find a great place here for a wonderful time!
Der Stellplatz war ruhig und schön, genau wie auf den Fotos, direkt am Waldrand mit Weitsicht. Wir waren mit Hund an einem heissen Tag dort und konnten schöne kühle Waldspaziergänge machen. Die Hochstammobstkulturen sind interessant. Im nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet konnten wir mehrere Orchideenarten bewundern. Alles war perfekt :).
Ein schöner Platz mit super Sicht auf die Alpen. Schöne Morgensonne und am Nachmittag Schatten, das war bei diesen Temperaturen das optimalste.

We had a great stay! Nice exchange with Tabea, beautiful view of the Alps, and we were given freshly-picked cherries from their orchard by one of the neighbours :D
