ATTENTION: Only for campers who bring their own toilet! This camp in Ried-Muotathal is located at 600m above sea level in the municipality of Muotathal, directly on the hiking trail (towards Muotathal village, Illgau or Stoos). There are many hiking opportunities in Muotathal during the summer! The camp is also just a few minutes from the Vitaparcours. This cozy spot behind an unused stable near our home offers a peaceful retreat. Fresh drinking water is available at the stable. Please note, there is no toilet or fire pit provided. The bus stop (Vordere Brücke) is a 5-minute walk away. In 8 minutes, you can reach the valley station of the Muotathal-Illgau cable car. A five-minute stroll will lead you to the "Muota-Stein" in the "Muota" river, which gained some fame during the two whitewater canoe world championships held here.

Simple spot behind the barn with views of the mountains, waterfall, and cows. Lorenz communicates quickly and appropriately. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet him. Many beautiful hikes are possible in the area. We took the cable car (7 minutes walk from the camp) up to Illgau (self-service cable car) and St. Karl (on demand).

Beautiful location as a starting point for many hikes. Small waterfall within 5 minutes walking distance. I was able to enjoy it all to myself.
