Embark on beautiful hikes along the Kösslbach (Beaver Trail) or ascend the Haugstein, the highest point in the Innviertel. Shopping facilities are approximately 3km away, a public swimming pool 1.5km, a traditional inn 2km, the Treetop Walk 13km, Passau 18km, and Schärding 14km. Our spot is right next to the chickens – who happily provide fresh eggs and sometimes roam freely. (Includes a complimentary wake-up call 🐓)! Petting bunnies 🐰, guinea pigs, budgies 🐦, and turtles 🐢 are already a fixed part of the experience. ;-) In case of bad weather, access to a heated room with a kitchen might be possible, by arrangement and mutual agreement. If the surrounding meadow has just been freshly mown, you'll have even more options to choose your perfect spot. An 11KW charging station for electric cars is available. Discounts are possible for stays of 3 nights or more.
