This tranquil spot, perfect for experiencing nature, can only be reached on foot, after a pleasant 10-minute hike. Experience the simplicity and magic of the Black Forest in our idyllic shelter at the edge of the woods!

Dreamily quiet location, great hosts - only the description regarding electricity and drinking water availability is a bit misleading. Neither is directly at the shelter, but it doesn't detract from the spot at all. Many thanks and best regards from on the road!

Everything was great. We had a wonderful overnight stay and a friendly welcome. You had to walk up a hill for about 10 minutes. Therefore, it's only partially recommended for wagons or similar. The spot was secluded and quiet. Gladly again!

The shelter is wonderfully accessible by public transport and a short walk. On top of that, you get super nice support from Thomas. He's available for any questions you might have. At the same time, it's a totally secluded spot with no 'through traffic' whatsoever. We didn't even encounter any walkers during our stay. And even though there's not much there, everything you need is available :-). For us, it was just perfect, and we had ideal weather for our little outdoor adventure. Forest, meadow, shelter, fire, starry sky...
