Our charming little "Star Cottage," as we lovingly call it, is nestled right beside the heath sheep pasture. Here, you can enjoy wonderful sleep, do a bit of cooking, and make yourselves truly cozy…😊. Our Star Cottage is situated on the meadow behind our farm, offering an unobstructed view of the countryside. It's much more of a glamping experience than a traditional holiday home and does not have a private bathroom. Showers, toilets, and a large washing-up sink are located in the sanitary building, approximately 30 meters away, which is also used by our camping guests. The cottage is equipped with a spacious double bed and two sofa elements (lying surface: 67x150cm and 67x195cm) that can be used as additional beds. Bed linen and towels are included. The new sanitary building is just 30 meters away. There, you'll find a spacious open-air shower, a large sink, and separate toilets with washbasins for girls and boys. Additionally, an indoor shower with a unisex toilet is available in the farm building. Inside the cottage, there's a kitchenette with basic amenities, a refrigerator, a dining table, and a 20-liter canister of drinking water. Fresh water and a sink are available in the sanitary building, 30m away. Table and chairs are ready for you to enjoy a spot on the summer meadow. There's also a fire pit, complete with a fire bowl, tripod, and grill grate. Our 400-year-old farm is located on the outskirts of Wachendorf, at the foot of the northern Eifel. With us, you'll find plenty of space on the large meadow, an evening fire, sauna sessions in the clay sauna, products from our heath sheep, BBQ packages, and chilled drinks… everything you need. Die erlebnisreichen Wanderwege der Eifelschleifen und Eifelspuren führen direkt an Wachendorf vorbei.
Die Bruder-Klaus-Feldkapelle, gebaut vom Schweizer Star-Architekten Peter Zumthor, könnt ihr vom Stellplatz aus sehen, sie ist nur 800 m entfernt.
Ein Highlight auf unserem Hof ist immer im Frühjahr, wenn die Lämmer unserer Weißen gehörnten Heidschnucken auf die Welt kommen. Sie werden unter freiem Himmel geboren und sind kurz danach schon ganz munter auf den Beinen. Wenn sie etwas größer sind, sammelt sich jeden Abend die ganze Lämmerbande und jagt über die Wiese. Und man kann sehen, dass sie Spaß haben.
Der denkmalgeschützte Vierkanthof in der Eifel beheimatet auch unsere Manufaktur für gestimmte Klangspiele. Hier könnt Ihr einen Einblick in die Produktion der handgefertigten Klangspiele und Klanginstrumente bekommen.
In unserem Werksladen könnt Ihr spielen und ausprobieren: Alle unsere gestimmten Klangspiele, Gongs und Klangschalen sowie Klingendes aus aller Welt und das große heimelige Sterne-Sortiment.
Ein Abend in unserer Lehmsauna! Unsere Sauna haben wir selbst gebaut. Geheizt wird sie mit dem Holzofen und die angenehme Hitze, die von den Lehmwänden abstrahlt, kann man mit Blick in den Garten genießen. Wir bieten die Sauna zu einer Pauschale von 70 € zur exklusiven Nutzung an. Dies beinhaltet: Holz zum Befeuern, das Anmachen und Aufheizen, sowie die Einweisung in die Bedienung.

Wir leben in der wunderschönen Eifel auf einem 400 Jahre alten denkmalgeschützten Hof und großer Wiese mit viel Platz für unsere Gäste und unsere Heidschnuckenherde. Da wir begeisterte Dachzeltcamper sind, freuen wir uns selbst immer über attraktive und vor allem naturnahe Stellplätze.

Rules

Check-In 14:00-20:00: Bitte immer einen Termin absprechen. Bitte vor dem kleinen Stoppschild halten und uns anrufen und warten, wir holen Euch dort ab. Keinesfalls auf dem Almweg oder auf dem Nachbargrundstück halten oder gar parken!

Check Out 10:00-11:00: Das ist verpflichtend! Kommt bitte in den Werksladen und klingelt. Wir sind meist ab 9:00 und am Wochenende ab 10:00 im Werksladen oder im Büro um die Ecke. Wenn Ihr niemanden erreicht, ruft uns bitte an: 02256 300 790 oder 0177 888 25 02 bevor Ihr abfahrt.

Sorgt auf dem Gelände bitte für die Sauberkeit, die Ihr auch selbst gern vorfinden würdet.

Wir haben einen großen frisch gemähten Rasenplatz, auf dem sich alle Gäste miteinander organisieren müssen. Ansonsten haben wir keine schriftliche Hofordnung, aber dennoch klare Vorstellungen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit.

Hunde können nur frei laufen, wenn sie gut erzogen sind, sonst ausschließlich an der Leine.

Drohnen fliegen zu lassen, ist bei uns nicht gestattet und im ganzen Dorf sehr unbeliebt.

You can cancel up to 30 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible.
