The Secret Garden

Welcome to La Villeneuve! Nestled on a hillside amidst the natural beauty of Southern Burgundy, surrounded by forests, rolling hills, and fields, approximately 45 minutes from the A6 (Autoroute du Soleil) in Chalon-Sur-Saône, you'll find your perfect pitch, open to you year-round. Our 8000 m² former vineyard, featuring a manor house, outbuildings, garden, and park, offers 4 spacious pitches, each thoughtfully separated by fruit trees, ensuring ample private space. The entire property is enclosed by a wall. Whether you're a motorcycle tourist, a family with children, a hiker, or a cyclist, everyone is warmly welcomed here. Regrettably, we've had to make the difficult decision to no longer accommodate guest dogs. While we understand that not all dogs are the same, and often it was the owners who didn't adhere to the leash rule, this has unfortunately led to the loss of some of our chickens, a peacock, and a cat. Other animals were injured. Under certain circumstances and by prior arrangement, BEFORE BOOKING, we are willing to consider an exception. Various benches, picnic areas, and other tranquil spots, especially within the park, invite you to linger and relax. Enjoy the beautiful views and meet our numerous free-roaming animals. Here, you can expect abundant nature, peace, and relaxation, as well as the opportunity for direct contact with the land and its people. Electrical hook-ups are available for motorhomes. A fresh water supply is also provided. In an outbuilding, you'll find a WC, a shower, a common room, and a fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. A greywater disposal point is located approximately 10 minutes away and is easy to access.
