I'm offering you a spacious plot of land on the edge of the village, bordering a forest, surrounded by lush meadows and fields – with a view of the village's own alpacas! :) My property is approximately 400 sqm and completely fenced. It includes a carport with a fire pit and ☆ an ECO-toilet integrated into the carport ☆ The property can also be accessed by campers or vehicles with extra length, as the path from the gate to the carport is fully laid with grass pavers. The plot is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking :) Of course, you can also spend the night in a tent under the starry sky. Here, you can fully enjoy beautiful sunsets and balmy summer nights. The furniture (Eco-WC, sun lounger, seating group, cushions, fire basket, grill) can and should be used with pleasure :) Toilet cleaning is included in the price mentioned above. Any accumulated waste can be disposed of for a contribution of €5 (to be paid on arrival). Otherwise, the pitch must be left clean, tidy, and free of waste. Since I own two dogs myself, your furry friends are also very welcome here and will certainly have a blast romping around! ;) As we are located on the edge of the village, but unfortunately not in complete solitude, I cannot accommodate continuous barkers. 😕 Therefore, please be honest in your assessment – thank you 😊 My property is near Pottenstein, in the heart of Franconian Switzerland. The beautiful Klumpertal can be reached directly from the property, without crossing a road, in just a few minutes' walk, and the green Püttlachtal with its natural Kneipp facility offers wonderful refreshment on hot days :) The price is for 4 adults – children are free of charge 😉 For each additional person, it's €5 – larger groups on request.
