Along a beautiful dry stone wall, on a plateau with fantastic panoramic views stretching all the way to the Vosges, you can enjoy the silence of nature. Perhaps you'll hear the cattle grazing nearby with their bells, or a bumblebee buzzing past... The sunsets are just as magical as the summer thunderstorms that roll by.
For self-sufficient campers with their own WC only. Organic breakfast can be reserved at the time of booking for CHF 18 per person (cash or Twint payment possible on site).
Hot tub: CHF 150 per use (please reserve when booking).
As we only host 3 parties at a time, you'll have this beautiful spot almost entirely to yourself.

Bei fehlender Campingtoilette, bitte die Sanitäranlagen im Gästehaus benützen. Kein Toilettenpapier auf den Weiden und dem Wald.

You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. We wanted to thank you once again very much for the beautiful pitch at your place on Probstenberg. We enjoyed the short break so incredibly much. The view, the sunset, the soundscape, the energy – it was fantastic. Super Erlebnis! Wir waren nicht optimal bezüglich Wegbeschreibung vorbereitet, dies sollte man vorab besser machen, da der Handy-Empfang teilweise nur beschränkt gut war. Wir waren mit einem grossen Wohnwagen unterwegs, die Strasse ist relativ eng. Man wird aber am Ende sehr belohnt. 👍😉 Sanitär-Anlagen können optional gebucht werden. Super Sache.
Grossartiger Ort für perfekte Sonnenuntergänge, gute Gespräche und Weitsicht. Frühstück sehr empfehlenswert. Plätze nicht gerade. Daher sind Auffahrkeile von Vorteil. Aber man ist sehr für sich alleine - obwohl es mehrere Plätze hat. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Beautiful place, uncomplicated, super nice….
It was a perfect birthday surprise. We were warmly welcomed and assigned a beautiful pitch for our camper. The hot tub after the hike in the nature park was heavenly, and the breakfast provided was super delicious. Many thanks!

A stroke of luck! We were able to camp for 4 wonderful days on Probstenberg. The place is magical. Very practical: the toilet and shower in the guesthouse can be used for an extra charge. An MTB trail runs along the impressive dry stone wall and can be integrated into various cool bike loops. The many climbs back up to Probstenberg are challenging. But you are rewarded with a fantastic sunset. If you don't feel like cooking, you can enjoy a delicious burger at the neighboring mountain inn Hinter-Brandberg upon request.
