Discover a tranquil spot behind the barn on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, right in the heart of the Palatinate, near Otterberg. Here, you'll find peace, even with the occasional passing car, along with starry nights and a beautiful view of the valley, dotted with horse pastures and fields. This is what awaits you on our former farm, nestled on the outskirts of a small village. The pitch is gravelled but has since become overgrown with grass, adding to its natural charm. Our neighbor runs an equestrian center and would be delighted to welcome your visit. For your convenience, diverse shopping options and a swimming pool are just 2 km away in Otterberg. And for all hiking enthusiasts, the Palatinate Forest promises an unforgettable experience!

The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Located on the edge of a tiny village, a very quiet and cozy pitch. We were approached by locals asking if we were allowed to just park there, and after our explanation, 'App my cabin', they were absolutely thrilled.

Volker informed us before booking that building materials were stored at the edge of the site – that was fine by us.
We also briefly met Volker and his wife. Very nice people. All in all, definitely positive and a recommendation from us!
A beautiful quiet place to relax. The contact with Volker was friendly and honest (there's building material currently stored in front of the pitch). The neighbor came by for a chat in the evening. I felt very comfortable. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd gladly come back.
