The campsite is beautifully located by a river. There are toilets (including toilet paper, soap + paper towels) and an outdoor shower. Several nice seating areas. Except for the days when the restaurant is open, it's very nice and quiet at the site. We didn't see the landlord and didn't get a response to our written question about how we could rent bikes. So we rented bikes in the village. The village of Borghetto is reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes. You can eat wonderfully there and go for a walk. A very idyllic place.

This was my first booking through this platform and it was great. A really large area for nice campers. The toilets weren't perfectly clean, but that's often due to the guests themselves. There's only one outdoor shower protected by a curtain, but I think that's okay. The grounds are beautifully designed. You can't swim in the river because the current is far too strong.

We were warmly welcomed and were lucky enough to arrive on a day when the restaurant was open – it's open from Thursday to Sunday and is absolutely recommendable. The pitch itself is beautifully lit, quietly located, and surrounded by nice people. Plus good wine and that typical "Bella Italia" feeling – simply perfect!
