Ca' Loré (strahlungsarm), Comer See

- Accessible only on foot: approx. 20 min.! Ca' Loré is wonderfully secluded in an old, abandoned mountain settlement on the northern part of Lake Como at 876 m above sea level. Surrounded by chestnut trees in a sunny spot, you can escape the rest of the world. The hut is only accessible on foot (approx. 15-20 min.) via an easy, narrow hiking trail - elevation difference according to Komoot is 10 m. The cozy and homely hut is simply furnished with the essentials - perfect conditions for slowing down, I think. Some of the furniture has been repurposed from old, typical pieces from the region. Here you can spend time close to nature and with low radiation. * Solar power (12 V) * Wood-burning stove… now suitable for winter too! * Composting toilet * Water trough with fresh mountain water in front of the hut * Solar shower From the hut, you can walk to the beautiful natural pools in Dangri in 45 min. There you also have the option to eat and drink at Crotto Dangri or choose one of the many beautiful hikes that start there. You will receive a lot of information about this with your booking confirmation. Minimum stay 3 nights. Bed linen, water, gas, wood (please collect from the surrounding forest), and electricity are provided free of charge. Cleaning €80,- Cost for road usage at least €3,- (arrival day), then depending on usage (day ticket). Please bring your own towels! The accompanying or transport service on request costs €50,-. There is also a shopping service (must also be requested), so you can comfortably stay on the mountain and don't have to go to civilization for groceries. Wood delivery on request. Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week! ❄️ Winter, Christmas, and New Year's Eve: The hut can be rented in winter generally, as well as specifically over Christmas and New Year's Eve - if there is a lot of snow, and if you don't have a 4x4 and are confident with the path, you might have to walk the stretch from Livo (approx. 3 km) on foot.
