If you're looking for pure nature, peace, and relaxation, you've come to the right place! Exclusive camper pitch for 2 people on an idyllic country estate. We have a total of 2 camper pitches on our spacious property, situated out of sight of each other. From mid-June to mid-October, you can use the pool and enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views with us. Please note: Our pitch is only suitable for vehicles up to a maximum of 3.5 tons! We are Nicole, Marcel, and Julius, and we emigrated from Germany to Italy almost five years ago. We now have a small country estate with quails, and we love our home. We sell quail eggs and quail meat. And then there are our kittens Kitana and Finn, the two roosters Stan and Olli, and a whole lot of chickens that lay organic eggs. We also rent a room for 2 people in a historic tobacco house. Our paradise is nestled in the green Umbrian nature, located at the end of a cul-de-sac amidst the wilderness. We have a magnificent view of the Umbrian landscape, a lake, and a large pool. Very often, you'll see our neighbors' cows and sheep herds grazing in our meadows, and in autumn, truffle hunters come to our property to search for the coveted truffles. Our property spans almost 9 hectares of land, bordered on one side by a stream. We have a small lake that feeds our pool, and in early summer, countless water lilies bloom on its surface. At night, if the sky is clear, you'll witness a breathtaking starry sky, and in June, fireflies dance across the meadows. Here, the fox and the hare truly say goodnight, and if you're lucky, you might even spot deer. We are happy to share this paradise for a few days with lovely people who appreciate nature, and we look forward to many wonderful conversations.
