Where the fox and the hare bid each other 'good night,' you'll be woken in the morning by the cuckoo and a herd of deer. Red kites and black storks soar overhead, while newts and salamanders frolic in the pond. Doze off in a hammock in a shady spot. In autumn, during the rutting season, deer impress with their imposing calls and territorial battles. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right outside your door... Ideal for relaxing, hiking, walking, cycling, yoga, meditating, observing animals, unwinding, and recharging your batteries. Key Details: Location: Rothaargebirge, Rothaarsteig, Bad Laasphe – Sohl, nestled in nature, no through traffic. Our Grounds: Over 20,000 m², with a stream, pond, fire pits and BBQ (currently, as of June 2025, open fires are prohibited by the municipality throughout the city area due to forest fire risk), hammocks, clay pit for creative use. Pitches: Each of the 3 pitches has electricity (Schuko+CEE) and water connection (¾ inch or Gardena), and a grill. Included Services: Water and electricity (with 'normal' sustainable use), 5-star sanitary facilities (toilet and shower), free Wi-Fi, grill, etc. Use of the clay pit. We would love to share this wonderful place with people who seek a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and long for peace and tranquility. Here, young and old can marvel at the wonders of nature, experience adventures, and be enchanted by a starry sky at night.
