Nestled between forest and lake, amidst lush green meadows, you'll discover the Schwanennest (Swan's Nest). It boasts complete SECLUSION, meaning you'll have the entire place to yourselves. The cozy double bed is located inside the cabin, which also features comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. In the garden, there's even space to pitch a tent for your children. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a two-burner stove, is situated on the veranda with its own seating area. This veranda can be completely enclosed to protect against wind and rain! We provide fresh drinking water in canisters. Outdoors, you'll also find the wash and shower house with warm water, and a dry composting toilet. A unique well-cooler allows you to keep food and drinks chilled. You can dispose of your waste in the provided bins. The garden is equipped with a beach chair, a large stone table and benches, a campfire pit, and a grill. Plus, it's completely fenced, making it ideal for holidays with your dog. Two large trees provide ample shade. The Lahn hiking trail passes nearby, and on the lake, canoeing, paddling, and SUP are permitted (swimming is not). A charming restaurant with an outdoor terrace and e-bike charging station is also located on the lakeshore. A flat circular path leads around the lake. This is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The Schwanennest is also available for booking in winter.
