The highlight, Goetz Cave, is also just a few minutes away – experience Europe's largest accessible fissure and crevice cave on a guided tour. The forest is right on your doorstep for a pleasant hike through the Thuringian woods.

You can cancel up to 10 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Leider gab es eine Doppel Buchung. Ist sehr ungünstig wenn man etwas später anreist und dann eine Plan B in kurzer Zeit ausdenken muss. Auf Nachfrage am Campingplatz kam dies schon gehäuft vor. Schade. Am besten mehrmals nachfragen ob der Platz wirklich frei ist.
Netter ruhiger Platz am Stadtrand. Nicht unbedingt Wildnis, aber sehr ruhig. Ideal auch mit Kindern. 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum.
