"You don't have to travel far to be far away." Do you dream of a peaceful night in nature with your loved ones in a beech forest? Then you've come to the right place. Here you'll find silence and fresh air for your getaway. You'll have the log cabin all to yourself. The log cabin is cozy, warm, and decorated in a 'Hygge' style. Your log cabin is part of a cluster of log cabins located above a small village, right in the heart of the park. In the mornings, enjoy the sunrise over the Harz mountains from our pavilion. In the evenings, if you're lucky, you can enjoy the starry sky of Southern Lower Saxony. Just take the next train, and we'll take care of the rest. We charge a security deposit of 50 Euros, which you will receive back at the end of your stay. Heating consumption in the cabin will be calculated on-site after your stay.

Apfel, Trauben, Lagerfeuer - Herbstzeit. Wusstet Du schon wie ein Gravensteiner Apfel frisch geerntet riecht und schmeckt?! "Ich liebe es morgens durch das noch nasse Gras zu stapfen und die Morgenluft einzuatmen, die nach Apfel und Lagerfeuer riecht vom Vorabend", erzählt Cornelius begeistert, als er von der Apfelaktion auf der benachbarten Obstwiese bei Freunden mit vollem Korb in den Waldpark zurück kehrt. Hier warten viele leckere traditionelle Sorten auch für Dich zum Selberpflücken! Sprich uns gerne an. Deine Äpfel kannst Du direkt frisch vor Ort zubereiten, egal ob Du von heissem Bratapfel mit Vanillesoße, Apple Crumble oder Wiener Apfelstrudel träumst - für jede Kreation steht Dir und Deinen Freunden unsere geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung. Worauf wartest Du noch? Die Schönheit der Erde treibt uns jeden Tag an. Mit unserem Park möchten wir ein wunderbares Stück Natur pflegen und mit Menschen teilen. Herzlich willkommen im Waldpark am Apenberg!

You can cancel up to 30 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. The hosts gave us a great welcome and were always available. They have a warm and friendly way with their guests. You can enjoy the company of others with communal cooking, campfires, and conversations. But even those who want privacy have great opportunities there! All in all, a beautiful place to unwind.
